PlayOjo
Welcome offer
50 free spins, no wagering requirement
The best online casinos in Canada are the ones whose terms survive a second reading. This page ranks fifteen sites our affiliate team works with, prints the welcome offer each one publishes, and says plainly where an operator keeps its wagering requirement or minimum deposit to itself. Canada changed in 2026: Alberta opened a regulated market in mid-July, and its transition period for operators that had been serving Albertans runs out on 13 October. What that means for you depends entirely on your province, so start there.
The order below is our affiliate lineup's order, and the figures beside each brand are the ones that operator publishes. Where a wagering requirement or a minimum deposit is marked not published, the operator does not state it on the page a Canadian player lands on. Terms were read on 8 October 2026 and change without notice.

Every link on this page is a commercial link. It does not change the order, which comes from our lineup, or the figures, which come from the operators.
Province first
Ontario and Alberta run registered markets with their own operator lists. Everywhere else, only the provincial lottery site is locally licensed.
Withdrawal rail
Confirm your method appears on the withdrawal tab, not just the deposit tab. Interac support is frequently one-directional.
Wagering
Run the multiple against the deposit you will actually make. 35x on C$200 is C$7,000 staked; 200x is C$40,000.
Bonus codes
SPARK and 30BET are required by two brands here. Both appear in two independent sources we hold, so they are operator-issued.
Verification
KYC usually triggers on the first withdrawal. Upload documents at signup so the first cashout is a payment, not an investigation.
Currency
Tenobet prices its package in euros. Conversion applies on the way in and the way out.
Limits and fees
Compare minimum and maximum cashout, pending windows, per-method fees and any instalment rule on large wins.
Age
19 in most provinces, 18 in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec.
Every figure on this page is one the operator publishes. Where a brand keeps a term back, the row says so instead of filling the gap with an estimate.
Interac behaviour, CAD pricing, provincial eligibility and the Alberta transition are Canadian problems. A global top-ten list does not answer any of them.
Every figure carries a date and a source. Three were refreshed from the operator's own live Canadian landing page on 8 October 2026; one came from our affiliate team because the operator's page is closed to us, and the page says so.
The first six get a full write-up with strengths and trade-offs taken from their published terms. The remaining nine get the short version and the figures that matter. None of these reviews rate payout speed, because we did not time withdrawals at these sites and will not print a number we did not measure.

Welcome offer
50 free spins, no wagering requirement
No wagering • min. deposit C$10
PlayOjo built its whole pitch on one sentence: the spins carry no wagering requirement. Fifty spins at a C$10 deposit, and whatever those spins win is cash you can withdraw. Every other welcome offer on this page asks you to turn the bonus over some number of times first. That single difference is why it sits at the top, even though the headline figure is the smallest in the lineup.

Welcome offer
Up to C$2,500 + 225 free spins across four deposits
50x wagering • min. deposit C$20
Tonybet spreads up to C$2,500 and 225 spins over four deposits, with the first tranche at 100% up to C$1,000 plus 100 spins. The casino sits beside a full sportsbook, which matters if you want one balance and one verification for both. The catch is printed and it is real: 50x is the heaviest rollover among the brands here that actually publish one.

Welcome offer
777% up to C$11,250
30x wagering • min. deposit C$20
777% up to C$11,250 is the largest number on the page by a wide margin, and the 30x rollover attached to it is lower than most of the mid-sized offers here. Read the structure before you get excited: a ceiling that size assumes deposits most players will never make. Taken at a normal deposit it is a strong percentage with a reasonable turnover, which is the honest version of the pitch.

Welcome offer
400% up to €5,000 across three deposits (slots)
25x wagering • min. deposit Not published
Tenobet runs the lowest rollover of any matched offer on this page at 25x for the slots package, dropping to 15x on the sports side. The complication for a Canadian player is currency: the offer is denominated in euros, up to EUR 5,000 across three deposits, and Tenobet does not publish a minimum deposit we could verify. Expect conversion on the way in and on the way out.

Welcome offer
C$1,600 deposit bonus + 10 free chances
35x wagering • min. deposit C$10
Jackpot City is the established name in this lineup and the one with the longest trading record in the Canadian market. The offer is unflashy: C$1,600 in deposit bonus plus ten free chances, 35x, from C$10. What you are buying is a mature cashier, a deep Microgaming-era library and a support operation that has handled Canadian accounts for a long time. That is worth more than a bigger percentage from a brand with no history.

Welcome offer
40 free spins on a C$1 deposit, then 100% up to C$200
200x wagering • min. deposit C$1
Nowhere else on this page can you open an offer with a single dollar. Kingdom gives 40 spins on a C$1 deposit, then 100% up to C$200 on the second. As a way to see a cashier and a lobby for almost nothing it is genuinely useful. As a bonus to convert, it is not: the 200x requirement is nearly six times the lineup norm, and we would treat the spins as a free look rather than a route to withdrawable cash.

Spin-led welcome pack, currently advertised at 250% to C$4,500 with 700 free spins on the Canadian landing page. Wild Tokyo does not publish a wagering requirement or a minimum deposit on that page, so read the bonus terms in the cashier before the first deposit rather than after it.
Welcome pack 250% up to C$4,500 + 700 free spins • not published • min. not published • Visit site

A four-part package opening at 200% plus 100 spins, then 100%, 100% and 150% on the next three deposits. Neonstake also advertises a separate 200-spin offer at zero wagering, which is the more interesting half. Neither the cap nor the deposit floor appears on the promotions page.
200% + 100 free spins on the first of four deposits • not published • min. not published • Visit site

The biggest spin count on this page: up to 900 across the first four deposits, against a 550% match. A crypto variant runs higher again. We have deliberately not printed a ceiling, because Zizobet serves one: two identical Canadian sessions a day apart returned C$8,500 and then EUR 5,300. The percentage and the spin count held steady both times. Check which currency your own cashier is quoting before you read anything into the number beside it.
550% + up to 900 free spins across four deposits • not published • min. not published • Visit site

Four deposits, 100% to C$500 and 50 spins on the first, 200 spins across the package. The rollover splits, 35x on bonus funds and 40x on spin winnings, which is a normal structure and at least one the operator states outright.
100% up to C$500 + 50 free spins on the first of four deposits • 35x wagering • min. C$20 • Visit site

C$7,500 and 400 spins, gated behind the code SPARK. The code appears in both of our own data sources, so it is brand-issued rather than someone else's affiliate string. The 40x requirement and C$30 floor are the highest-cost combination among the mid-table brands.
C$7,500 + 400 free spins • 40x wagering • min. C$30 • Visit site

The smallest matched offer on the page and a deliberately modest one: 100% to C$100 with 100 spins on Book of the Fallen, 35x, from C$10. If you want a bonus you can realistically turn over rather than a headline, this is the shape of it.
100% up to C$100 + 100 free spins on Book of the Fallen • 35x wagering • min. C$10 • Visit site

100% up to C$400 with ten free spins a day on top, which is an unusual shape: most of the value here arrives in instalments rather than at signup. One caveat on provenance. Need for Spin's Canadian landing page is closed to every tool we hold, so this figure came from our affiliate team rather than from the operator's own page, and neither a wagering requirement nor a minimum deposit was supplied with it. Read both in the cashier before you claim.
100% up to C$400 + 10 daily free spins • not published • min. not published • Visit site

100% to C$200 with 100 spins on Big Bass Bonanza, code 30BET, 35x, from C$20. A small, legible offer attached to a named game, which at least tells you where the spins are usable before you claim them.
100% up to C$200 + 100 free spins on Big Bass Bonanza • 35x wagering • min. C$20 • Visit site

250% to C$3,750 with 250 spins at 35x, from C$30. Mid-table on every axis: the ceiling is well short of the biggest here, the rollover matches the lineup norm, and the deposit floor is on the higher side.
250% up to C$3,750 + 250 free spins • 35x wagering • min. C$30 • Visit site
Cells reading “not published” are not oversights on our part. They are terms the operator does not state, and that absence is itself worth knowing before you deposit.

Order on this page follows our affiliate lineup, and we say so rather than dressing it up as a pure merit list. What we control is everything else: which terms get printed, which omissions get called out, and where a brand's published conditions pull its rating down. Kingdom Casino sits sixth with a 200x requirement attached, and that requirement is why its score is lower than the brands around it.
One thing we do not claim. We did not time withdrawals at these fifteen sites. Plenty of pages in this category print payout speeds with no testing behind them, and a number invented is worse than a number absent. Where you see a figure here, it came from the operator's own published terms or from their live Canadian landing page, and the date is on the page.
Start with the footer. A real licence statement names the regulator, carries a licence number and names the company holding it. Check that the company named matches the one in the terms and conditions and in the privacy policy, because a mismatch between those three is the most common sign that a brand is a white label running on someone else's permission. Ontario and Alberta both publish lists of registered operators, and a site claiming provincial registration should appear on the relevant list under the name it trades as.
Offshore licences are not equivalent to each other. A Malta Gaming Authority licence brings a published complaints route and an ADR mechanism you can actually use. Curacao reorganised its regime under the Curacao Gaming Authority, which is an improvement on the old master-licence structure, but the recourse available to you is still thinner. Anjouan is thinner again. None of this makes a site unusable; it changes what happens when something goes wrong, which is the only moment a licence matters.
Deposit support and withdrawal support are different things, and casinos routinely advertise the first while quietly omitting the second. Interac is the clearest example: a site can accept Interac deposits from Canadians and pay out by bank transfer or crypto only. Before your first deposit, open the cashier, switch to the withdrawal tab and confirm your method appears there.
Then check the numbers around it. Minimum and maximum cashout, any pending or reversal window, fees per method, weekly or monthly caps, and whether a large win gets paid in instalments. Pending periods are the ones that catch people out, because a request you can still cancel is a request you have not actually made.
A welcome offer has four numbers that decide its value and only one of them is in the advertisement. The percentage and ceiling tell you the maximum theoretical credit. The wagering multiple tells you how much you must stake to convert it. The game weighting tells you how fast that stake counts, and a slot at 100% against a blackjack hand at 10% is a tenfold difference in real terms. The maximum cashout caps what you can take out regardless of what you win.
Run the arithmetic once. A 100% match on a C$200 deposit at 35x means C$7,000 staked before withdrawal. The same deposit at Kingdom's 200x means C$40,000. Both are legal, both are published, and they are not remotely the same offer.
Game counts are marketing. What matters is whether the studios you want are in the lobby, and whether the lobby can be filtered down to them on the device you use. Check that live dealer tables run at stakes you play, that the search works, and that the cashier and account limits are reachable on mobile rather than desktop only. Then ask support a question with a verifiable answer, something like which documents the first withdrawal needs, and see whether you get a specific reply or a script.
Canada is not one market. Gambling is regulated province by province under the Criminal Code's provincial exemption, which is why the answer to this question changes when you cross a border. The obligations in the legislation sit on operators rather than on players, and no Canadian has been prosecuted for placing a bet online.
Ontario opened first, in April 2022. Private operators register with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and contract with iGaming Ontario, and a registered site is subject to Ontario's advertising, responsible-gambling and dispute rules. The AGCO publishes the register, so a brand's claim to be regulated in Ontario is checkable in about a minute.
Alberta followed in mid-July 2026, when its regulated market opened under the iGaming Alberta Act with the AGLC as regulator and the Alberta iGaming Corporation as the commercial arm. Trade press reports a transition period for operators that had been serving Albertans, ending on 13 October 2026, after which the province has said it intends to act against sites that neither registered nor withdrew. Reported options include cease and desist letters, pressure on payment processors and approaches to the app stores. We report what the province has said it intends to do and nothing beyond it, so we are not telling you which individual brands will or will not be reachable from Alberta afterwards. Operator counts and launch dates differ between sources, so the AGLC's own register is the thing to check for any individual brand rather than a third party's list.
In the remaining provinces the only provincially licensed online casino is the lottery corporation's own: PlayNow in British Columbia and Manitoba, Espacejeux in Quebec, Atlantic Lottery in the four Atlantic provinces, and so on. Everything else serving those provinces operates under a foreign licence. That market is widely used and has been for two decades, and it is where most of the brands on this page sit. What you give up is provincial recourse: if a dispute escalates, you are working through the operator's licensing authority rather than a Canadian regulator.
Nineteen is the threshold in most of Canada. Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec set it at eighteen. An operator that accepts a registration under the age that applies where you live has a verification problem, and that is a reason to look elsewhere rather than a loophole worth using.
Gambling winnings are generally not taxable for recreational players in Canada, on the basis that a windfall is not income. That position changes if gambling is conducted as a business, and the line between the two is a question of fact that the Canada Revenue Agency decides case by case. This is general information rather than advice; if you are playing at a scale where the question is live, speak to an accountant.
Verification is not optional anywhere. Every licensed operator runs know-your-customer checks, usually triggered by the first withdrawal rather than the first deposit, which is the worst possible moment to discover your utility bill is three months out of date. Upload documents when you open the account. Your other standing rights are a published complaints route, access to deposit and loss limits, and a self-exclusion mechanism that works on request.
Canadian players have better payment options than most markets and a specific trap attached to the best of them. Work through the withdrawal side of the cashier before you deposit, every time.
Interac is the domestic rail and the reason a Canadian-facing casino feels different from a generic international one. Deposits are near-instant, funds move in Canadian dollars without conversion, and nothing about your card reaches the operator. Interac Online and Interac e-Transfer are not the same product and a site may support one and not the other.
The trap is directional. Interac deposit support is close to universal among sites targeting Canada; Interac withdrawal support is not. Where it is missing, your cashout goes out by bank wire, which is slower, or by a method you did not plan to use. Check the withdrawal tab.
Visa and Mastercard work for deposits at most of these sites, and Canadian issuers decline gambling transactions often enough that a backup method is worth having. Card withdrawals, where offered, run on the slower end. MuchBetter, ecoPayz and Jeton appear regularly in this market; PayPal essentially does not outside the provincially regulated sites. Paysafecard and other prepaid vouchers deposit only, so you will always need a second method to get paid.
Most of the offshore brands on this page take Bitcoin, Ethereum and at least one stablecoin, and several run a separate crypto welcome offer at a higher ceiling than the fiat one. Settlement is fast once the operator approves the withdrawal, which is the part worth emphasising: crypto removes the banking delay, not the casino's own processing and verification time. You also carry the price movement between cashout and conversion unless you are holding a stablecoin.
Every offer on this page is one of five shapes, and knowing which one you are looking at tells you more than the number attached to it.
A deposit match credits bonus funds as a percentage of what you put in, up to a ceiling. Madcasino's 777% to C$11,250 and Zizobet's 550% to C$8,500 are the extremes here. The ceiling is almost never the realistic figure, because reaching it means depositing a sum most players never will; the percentage is what actually applies to your deposit.
Free spins are fixed-value spins on named slots. The number advertised is usually the total across a multi-deposit package rather than what lands on day one, and what matters more is the wagering rule on anything they win. PlayOjo's fifty spins carry none, which is why fifty beats several hundred elsewhere.
No-deposit offers arrive before you fund the account. They are small, and they come with the tightest maximum cashout on the site, which is the mechanism that makes them affordable to give away.
Reloads, cashback and VIP are the offers that matter after the first week. Weekly reloads, a percentage of net losses returned, and tier schemes with better withdrawal limits further up. Cashback paid as real money is worth considerably more than cashback paid as bonus funds, and sites rarely make that distinction loudly.
Bonus codes unlock the version of the offer you were sent to claim. Two on this page need one: SPARK at Skycrown and 30BET at 30bet. Both appear in two independent sources we hold, which is how we check a code is brand-issued rather than a stray affiliate string from somewhere else. Enter the code at the moment the cashier asks for it, because almost no operator will apply it retroactively.
Four conditions decide whether any of this is worth claiming: the wagering multiple, whether it applies to the bonus or to deposit plus bonus; game weighting, which decides how fast your stakes count; the maximum bet while a bonus is live, breach of which voids the balance at most operators; and the expiry window. If the terms are not published where you can read them before depositing, that is itself the answer.
Slots carry the lobby everywhere, and the useful filter is the studio rather than the count. Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Hacksaw, NoLimit City, Relax and BGaming show up across the sites here, and a lobby that lets you filter to the studio you like is more valuable than one advertising six thousand titles. Return to player sits in the game information panel, and the same title can ship at different RTP settings depending on what the operator configured, so check it in the lobby you are actually playing in rather than trusting a published figure.
Live dealer is where the offshore sites compete hardest. Evolution tables dominate, with blackjack, roulette, baccarat and the game-show formats running at a spread of stakes. Check the minimum on the tables you want before depositing, because a lobby advertising live blackjack is not necessarily a lobby with live blackjack at C$1.
Table games away from live dealer run at better odds and worse bonus weighting, which is the trade. Blackjack and video poker typically contribute ten per cent or less toward a wagering requirement, and some operators exclude them entirely while a bonus is live.
Crash and instant games, Aviator and the formats built after it, have taken a real share of the Canadian market over the past few years. Jackpot slots sit at the other end: enormous ceilings, published odds that are correspondingly long, and progressive pools that are usually excluded from bonus play.
Most of these sites are browser-first, and for the offshore brands that is a deliberate choice rather than a shortcut, because the app stores restrict real-money gambling apps by jurisdiction. A good mobile build gets you the full lobby, the cashier and your account limits without ever asking you to switch to desktop. A poor one hides the cashier, which is a problem precisely when you want to withdraw.
Test it before you fund the account. Open the site on your phone, find the withdrawal tab, find the deposit limit control and find live chat. If any of the three is desktop-only, that will matter later. Installable web apps, which pin a browser shortcut to your home screen, give you most of what a native app would without the store restrictions; Wild Tokyo and several others on this page advertise one.
Verification is the other mobile-specific friction. Photographing an ID with a phone is easier than scanning one, so the sensible moment to complete KYC is while you are sitting with the account open on the device that has the camera.
The first cashout is where a casino relationship either works or does not, and most of what decides it happens at registration.
Register with the details on your documents. Name, date of birth and address must match the ID you will upload later. A middle name omitted at signup is one of the most common reasons a first withdrawal stalls.
Complete verification immediately. Do not wait for the operator to ask. Government photo ID, a proof of address dated within three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method. A verified account on day one means your first withdrawal is a payment, not an investigation.
Set your limits before your first deposit. Deposit, loss and session limits are easier to set when nothing is at stake. Every licensed operator has to offer them.
Decide on the bonus deliberately. You can decline it. If your plan is to deposit, play and withdraw inside a week, a 35x requirement is a restriction on your own money rather than a gift, and declining is often the better call.
Check the withdrawal rail before depositing. Switch to the withdrawal tab, confirm your method is listed, note the minimum, the maximum and any pending window.
Withdraw once, cleanly. Request the cashout and leave it alone. Reversing a pending withdrawal to keep playing is the single most expensive habit in online gambling, and some operators make it deliberately easy.
Every operator on this page is required by its licence to give you deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion. Those tools work, and they work best set early, while the decision is abstract.
Self-exclusion at a single operator covers that operator only. Ontario players registered with AGCO-licensed sites can self-exclude across the regulated market through iGaming Ontario's programme, and Alberta's AGLC runs its own self-exclusion scheme. Neither reaches offshore sites, which is a real limitation and one worth knowing before you rely on it. Blocking software such as Gamban or BetBlocker works at the device level and does reach them.
Free, confidential help is available in every province. These numbers were re-checked against each service's own site on 9 October 2026.
Gambling is entertainment with a cost attached, not a way to make money. If it has stopped feeling like the former, one of the numbers above is a better first call than another deposit.
There is no single answer, which is why this page prints the terms rather than crowning a winner. PlayOjo leads our list because its fifty welcome spins carry no wagering requirement, so what they win is withdrawable cash. If you want the largest headline instead, Madcasino publishes 777% up to C$11,250 at 30x. If you want the longest trading record, Jackpot City has it. Match the offer to how you actually play.
Canadian gambling law regulates operators province by province, and no Canadian has been prosecuted for playing online. Ontario has run an open regulated market since April 2022 and Alberta opened one in mid-July 2026. In other provinces the only provincially licensed site is the lottery corporation's own, and everything else operates under a foreign licence.
Trade press reports that the transition period for operators serving Albertans without AGLC registration ends on that date, after which the province has said it intends to act against unregistered sites, including through payment processors and app stores. The obligations in the legislation are on operators. We are not predicting which brands stay reachable from Alberta afterwards, so for any specific one, check the AGLC register.
Nineteen in most provinces. Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec set the minimum age at eighteen. Every licensed operator verifies age during registration or before the first withdrawal.
No, and this is the most common mistake Canadian players make. Many casinos accept Interac for deposits while paying out only by bank transfer or cryptocurrency. Open the cashier, switch to the withdrawal tab and confirm your method is listed there before you deposit.
Only if the wagering requirement fits how you intend to play. A 100% match on C$200 at 35x means staking C$7,000 before you can withdraw. The same deposit at a 200x requirement means C$40,000. If you plan to deposit, play and cash out within a week, declining the bonus is frequently the better decision.
Recreational players generally do not, because winnings are treated as a windfall rather than income. That changes if gambling is carried on as a business, which the Canada Revenue Agency assesses case by case. This is general information, not tax advice.
Because the operator does not state it on the page a Canadian player lands on. Four of the fifteen are in that position. We mark the gap rather than fill it with an estimate, and it counts against the brand's rating, because a requirement you cannot read before depositing is a requirement you agree to blind.
Read the withdrawal tab before the deposit tab. Check that your province is served and, if you are in Ontario or Alberta, whether the brand appears on the provincial register. Run the wagering requirement against the deposit you actually plan to make rather than the ceiling in the advertisement.
